Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Schedule consultations, project meetings, and installations.
- Maintain customer files and project records in company systems.
- Assist with order processing, tracking shipments, and coordinating with vendors.
- Support the sales and installation teams with administrative tasks and updates.
- Process payments and manage basic invoicing and finance-related tasks.
- Monitor and order office supplies to keep operations running smoothly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
- Provide a general administrative support as needed to management and field teams.
- Prior office administration experience (construction or remodeling industry a plus).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Google Office Suite and basic CRM systems.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
