OVERVIEW & THE “PROFILE” OF THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
We are growing at an impressive pace, and our lead flow is strong. Our current team of 3 sales associates is working at maximum capacity, so we need to hire 2 additional experienced and professional Sales Reps ASAP. We service the entire state of Oklahoma, and our success has been built upon quality products, expert installation, and extremely competitive pricing. You will be working with individuals who have a passion for exceeding the customer’s expectation. We're not just another Home Improvement Contractor; we are known in the community and across the entire state of Oklahoma as a company with the highest standards of workmanship, customer satisfaction, and a reputation for customer service before, during, and after the sale.
The individual we are looking for is NOT the typical salesperson most people think of. We have found that our customers want to buy our products and services but don’t like being “sold.” So, rather than a “pushy” salesperson, we need someone who asks questions, listens to the homeowner, determines their needs, offers options for them to choose from and concludes the transaction. In other words, we need someone that can handle the role of design consultant, and then quote price on the entire project, and then complete the measuring process to fill the order. We will definitely train the right individual to use our policies, procedures, pricing guidelines, and our in house systems.
ABOUT YOUR MANAGER
You will be working directly with the owner of the company, an individual who is committed to your success. He is responsible for your training and ongoing development. He is not a micro-manager; he expects that you will work independently on your own but is always available to provide backup and support when needed.
We will schedule sales calls based upon your availability, whenever possible. If you want appointments in the evening hours, so you can take care of your needs during the day, we will work with you as much as we can. I can tell you this; I believe weekends are for our families. Occasionally we will accommodate a customer that has a specific need for a Saturday morning appointment, but typically, we do not work weekends except during home show season. Home show season is where we connect with a large group of future customers, and it's the best time to visit with your customers and build that initial bond that is important in the sales process.
