Lead Generation Specialist (Home Depot Events)

We’re looking for an outgoing, energetic person to represent a family-owned and operated bath company inside local Home Depot locations.

This is not a desk job. You’ll be engaging shoppers, starting conversations, and scheduling in-home bath remodeling appointments for our sales team.


What You’ll Do

• Engage Home Depot customers and introduce our services
• Generate and qualify leads through friendly, confident conversations
• Schedule free in-home design consultations
• Represent our family-owned business at Home Depot Vendor events
• Work closely with the sales team to improve appointment quality

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
• High energy and positive attitude
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Sales, retail, promotions, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License required

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting at $15/hour plus $75 bonus for every qualified lead generated PLUS $100 for every lead sold.
• We make it easy to understand how and when you are paid. 
• Weekly pay
• Raises available within the first 60 days based on performance
• Part-time and full-time opportunities available
• Primarily weekends + high-traffic retail hours
