We are looking for motivated In-Home Sales Consultants to meet with homeowners throughout Suffolk County and help them design their dream bathrooms.

Job Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments throughout Suffolk County.
• Conduct in-home consultations to understand customer needs.
• Design and present customized bathroom remodeling solutions.
• Explain product options, pricing, and financing options.
• Build trust and provide an excellent customer experience.
• Close sales during the consultation.
• Maintain accurate customer information using company systems.
• Follow company sales processes and procedures.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Experience in home improvement sales is a plus (bath, windows, roofing, siding, kitchens, flooring, HVAC, solar, or similar industries).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Confident personality with the ability to build rapport with homeowners.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Willingness to participate in our fully paid training program.
