About the Role: As the In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and offering innovative solutions that fit their vision. This outside sales position involves using advanced technology to design and present high-quality bath solutions to potential customers.
What You’ll Do
- Run in-home sales appointments with pre-qualified leads
- Use an iPad system to design and present bath solutions
- Build rapport, present pricing, and close deals
- Attend weekly sales training to sharpen your skills
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Sales experience preferred (home improvement is a plus)
- Reliable transportation
- Self-motivated and goal-driven
- Comfortable working on commission
