We are looking for a high-level Controller / Integrator to bring structure, financial discipline, and cross-department alignment to our growing organization.
Role Overview
This is not a traditional Controller role.
You will be responsible for owning the financial pulse of the company while ensuring operational alignment across departments. You are the person who makes sure:
- Money is tracked, collected, and accounted for
- Teams are communicating and executing
- Nothing falls through the cracks
You are process-driven, detail-oriented, and not afraid to have tough conversations when standards are not being met.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Oversight & Cash Control
- Ensure all revenue is properly tracked, invoiced, and collected
- Own accounts receivable and enforce collection processes
- Monitor cash flow and identify risks proactively
- Maintain accurate financial reporting and dashboards
Process & Accountability
- Build, document, and enforce company-wide processes
- Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements
- Hold team members accountable to deadlines and standards
Cross-Department Integration
- Ensure Sales, Operations, and Finance are aligned and communicating
- Run or support weekly accountability meetings
- Track KPIs across departments and ensure forward progress
Leadership & Communication
- Be the “glue” that keeps the organization aligned
- Facilitate difficult conversations when performance or execution slips
- Communicate clearly, directly, and professionally across all levels
Technology & Systems
- Leverage CRM, financial software, and reporting tools to drive visibility
- Help implement and optimize systems that improve tracking and accountability
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Controller, Operations Manager, or Integrator
- Strong understanding of cash flow, collections, and financial controls
- Highly process-oriented with a bias toward structure and systems
- Excellent communicator who can hold people accountable without creating friction
- Comfortable having direct, sometimes difficult conversations
- Tech-savvy (CRM systems, QuickBooks or similar, dashboards, reporting tools)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
