About the Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will meet with pre-qualified, company-provided leads—no cold calling. Your job is simple: consult, design, present, and close.

What You’ll Do
- Run high-impact in-home sales presentations using our iPad-based system
- Design custom bath solutions on the spot
- Present pricing and close deals same-day
- Attend weekly training to sharpen your edge
- Deliver a top-tier customer experience while driving revenue
What We Require
- Proven home improvement sales experience — REQUIRED
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Confidence presenting and handling objections
- Highly competitive, self-motivated, and disciplined mindset
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure sales environment
