About the Role
True North Kitchen & Bath is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager specializing in bathroom remodeling to oversee residential bath renovation projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on construction knowledge who can confidently manage timelines, subcontractors, and customer expectations across multiple active job sites.
What You’ll Do
- Manage bathroom remodeling construction projects from kickoff through final completion
- Coordinate schedules with homeowners, subcontractors, installers, and suppliers
- Ensure projects stay on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure proper installation practices
- Oversee subcontractors and ensure work aligns with construction plans and scope
- Communicate project updates clearly with customers and internal teams
- Resolve job site issues quickly to keep projects moving efficiently
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, and safety regulations
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in bath remodeling, residential construction, or home improvement project management
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and installation methods (bath/shower systems preferred)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and crews simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
