We're looking for a motivated In-Home Sales Representative to join our growing team and help homeowners bring their dream bathrooms to life.

About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners, learn about their needs, and present customized bath remodeling solutions. Using our proprietary sales tools and design software, you'll create inspiring presentations and help customers confidently move forward with their projects.

What You'll Do

• Conduct in-home sales presentations using our iPad-based sales system.
• Build customized bath designs using our easy-to-use software.
• Educate homeowners on products, pricing, and financing options.
• Deliver professional proposals and close sales.
• Attend weekly sales training sessions to continue developing your skills.
• Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the sales process.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent presentation and organizational abilities.
• Previous in-home sales experience preferred.
• Home improvement or remodeling industry experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners and presenting solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
• Outgoing and professional demeanor.

Requirements

• Vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurance. 
• Must reside within the local area.
• Ability to travel to customer appointments.
