With strong lead flow and an ambitious growth plan, we’re looking for an experienced Selling Sales Manager to lead our In-Home Sales team and drive results in the Spokane market.

What You’ll Do:
Review and manage appointments from our Inside Sales Team.
Conduct at least 5 in-home sales appointments weekly alongside reps as coaching opportunities.
Support sales reps in closing deals and handling calls in-home.
Track performance metrics and implement action plans to meet goals.
Conduct cancel-save appointments to retain potential lost sales.
Collaborate with the Rehash Manager to re-engage prospects.
Lead ongoing training sessions to develop your team.
Set clear expectations for your team aligned with company goals.
Who You Are:
5+ years of Home Improvement Sales experience (in-home sales required; 1-Day Concept a plus).
2+ years of Sales Management experience preferred.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
Comfortable with tech: iPad presentations, electronic contracts, and CRM systems.
Able to travel within Washington State as needed.
