Pay & Compensation
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners and provide customized bath remodeling solutions. This is an outside sales role where you’ll use advanced technology to design and present high-quality products directly in the customer’s home.

Pay & Compensation
- Base Salary + Commission Structure (performance-based)
- On-Target Earnings: $80,000 – $100,000+ annually
- Uncapped commission potential
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners and provide customized bath remodeling solutions. This is an outside sales role where you’ll use advanced technology to design and present high-quality products directly in the customer’s home.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home presentations using our iPad-based sales system
- Design personalized bath solutions using company software
- Provide accurate pricing and close sales
- Attend ongoing weekly sales training to enhance performance
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Previous in-home or outside sales experience preferred (home improvement a plus)
- Comfortable presenting and speaking with confidence
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
- Reliable transportation and local residency required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Pre-qualified leads provided—no cold calling
