About the Role
This is a true in-home sales position where you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners—no cold calling required. Using a proven process and industry-leading technology, you’ll design customized bath solutions, present pricing, and close deals. If you’re confident, competitive, and motivated by income potential, this role offers a clear path to success.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in-home consultations with qualified prospects
• Deliver professional presentations using a company-provided iPad
• Design tailored bath solutions with proprietary software
• Provide pricing and close sales in the home
• Participate in ongoing training to refine your skills

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and closing skills
• In-home sales or home improvement experience preferred
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
• Professional presence and confidence in one-on-one settings
• Reliable transportation and local availability

Compensation & Benefits
This is a commission-based role with earning potential of $150,000 to $300,000+ annually. Your income is directly tied to your performance, with no cap.
