Director of Growth, Lead Generation & Call Center Operations
Industry: Home Improvement We are a fast-growing home improvement company seeking a senior leader to own the entire front-end revenue engine — lead generation, marketing performance, and call center execution. This is not a branding role. This is a numbers-driven leadership position for someone who understands how leads, phones, appointments, and revenue connect in a high-volume home improvement environment.
What You’ll Own
All lead generation channels (digital, PPL, inbound, events, referrals)
Marketing performance, CPL, ROI, and budgets
Inbound and confirmation call center operations
Appointment quality, show rates, and conversion metrics
KPI tracking, reporting, and continuous optimization
What We Require
5+ years of lead generation experience in home improvement (required) (bath, windows, roofing, HVAC, solar, remodeling, etc.)
Proven experience managing call centers and performance teams
Deep understanding of same-day / one-call close sales models
Strong data, accountability, and leadership skills
