Tubbs by Grubbs is a trusted name in the acrylic bath remodeling industry. We specialize in custom bath remodeling solutions that enhance the lives of our customers with bathrooms that are attractive, durable, and maintenance-free.

We are seeking enthusiastic Home Show Demonstrators in the Monroe, LA area and surrounding communities to join our growing team. Customer service experience is a plus, as you will be engaging with home show attendees, introducing our products, and securing qualified sales leads for our in-home design team.

Compensation: Hourly pay + bonus based on quality appointments set.

Essential Duties

• Attract visitors and staff booth at home shows and events

• Promote Tubbs by Grubbs products and provide basic product overviews to attendees

• Engage with passersby and draw them into the booth

• Explain key product features and benefits

• Book in-home consultation appointments

• Secure entry forms and collect contact information

• Maintain a professional appearance throughout events

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the booth

• Collect and submit daily leads to the Event Coordinator

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills

• Positive, outgoing personality

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, event environment

• Reliable transportation for travel to scheduled shows/events

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

• Weekend availability required
