Selling Sales Manager Location: Springfield, MA (and surrounding areas) Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $250,000 – $350,000 per year
About the Role We are seeking an experienced Selling Sales Manager to lead from the front while driving revenue and developing a high-performing sales team. This is a hands-on role ideal for a leader who thrives on closing deals while coaching others in the field.
Key Responsibilities
Review appointments scheduled by the Inside Sales Team
Run a minimum of 5 leads per week alongside sales reps for hands-on training
Assist reps in-home by supporting the closing process when needed
Track and review performance to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals
Handle cancel-save appointments to recover potential sales
Partner with the rehash team to maximize closing opportunities
Lead ongoing training sessions to develop and strengthen the team
Set clear expectations and keep the team aligned with company goals
Requirements
5+ years of successful home improvement sales experience (1-Day Concept preferred)
2+ years of sales management experience preferred
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Comfortable with technology (iPads, digital contracts, etc.)
Compensation Compensation includes a base salary plus commission, as well as a car allowance, offering strong earning potential.
