About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners to present customized bath remodeling solutions. This outside sales role uses modern technology to design, present, and sell products directly in the customer’s home.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home sales presentations using an iPad-based system
• Design customized bath solutions using proprietary software
• Present pricing options and close sales consistently
• Follow up with homeowners to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals
• Participate in ongoing weekly sales training and development
• Educate customers on product features and benefits

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Prior in-home sales experience preferred; home remodeling experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation and local availability required
• Confident presenting in a one-on-one in-home environment
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-driven
• Outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport quickly

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range (Estimated Earnings): $50,000 – $150,000 per year (based on experience and performance)
• Commission-based pay with unlimited earning potential
• Earnings are performance-driven with no cap on income
