Pay: $250,000 – $350,000 Potential to earn per year.

About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and driven General Sales Manager to oversee and scale our sales operations. This leadership role focuses on building, managing, and optimizing a high-performing sales team while driving consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily sales operations and team performance
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure team members meet or exceed goals
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to improve performance
  • Collaborate with marketing and inside sales teams to maximize lead conversion
  • Manage cancel-save and rehash processes to recover revenue opportunities
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions
  • Maintain accountability and alignment across the team
Requirements
  • 5+ years of home improvement sales experience (1-Day Concept preferred)
  • 2+ years in a sales leadership or management role
  • Proven track record of driving team performance and revenue growth
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM tools and digital sales platforms
Compensation
Compensation includes a base salary plus commission, as well as a car allowance, offering strong earning potential.
