Position Summary

The Call Center Representative will be responsible for contacting homeowners, setting qualified appointments for free in-home consultations, maintaining accurate customer records, and responding to inbound inquiries. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a scripted sales presentation to homeowners.
• Adapt the script to address the specific needs and interests of individual homeowners.
• Answer questions and overcome objections professionally and effectively.
• Collect homeowner information, including names, addresses, phone numbers, and other relevant details.
• Schedule and confirm appointments for free consultations.
• Enter appointment details and customer information accurately into the company's computer system.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and lead activity.
• Coordinate appointments for sales representatives and canvassing teams.
• Conduct quality control follow-up calls.
• Answer inbound calls from prospective customers responding to advertisements.
• Follow up with homeowners regarding previous interactions.
• Update lead information and maintain reports as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
• Previous experience in telemarketing, call center operations, customer service, sales, marketing, or promotions preferred.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with relevant software applications.
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Product training will be provided.
