Lead Generation Specialist (Home Depot Events)

We’re looking for an outgoing, energetic person to represent a family-owned and operated bath company inside local Home Depot locations.

This is not a desk job. You’ll be engaging shoppers, starting conversations, and scheduling in-home bath remodeling appointments for our sales team.
What You’ll Do
- Engage Home Depot customers and introduce our services
- Generate and qualify leads through friendly, confident conversations
- Schedule free in-home design consultations
- Represent our family-owned business at Home Depot Vendor events
- Work closely with the sales team to improve appointment quality
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
- High energy and positive attitude
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Sales, retail, promotions, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid Driver's License required
Compensation & Schedule
- Starting at $15/hour plus $75 bonus for every qualified lead generated PLUS $100 for every lead sold.
- We make it easy to understand how and when you are paid.
- Weekly pay
- Raises available within the first 60 days based on performance
- Part-time and full-time opportunities available
