Key Responsibilities
Office Management:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure an efficient work environment
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and general administrative needs
- Support scheduling, coordination, and internal communication
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining employee records
- Maintain HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies
- Support payroll coordination and benefits administration
- Act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing company shows and events
- Coordinate logistics such as scheduling, materials, and staffing for events
- Support event setup, breakdown, and follow-up activities
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful event execution
- 2+ years of office management, administrative, or HR experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with HR processes and basic employment laws preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
