About the Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners to present customized bath remodeling solutions. This is an outside sales position where you will use modern technology to design and present high-quality bath solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
Meet with pre-qualified homeowners to assess needs and recommend bath remodeling solutions
Use company software to design and present personalized bath layouts
Provide clear pricing and close sales during consultations
Participate in weekly sales training to strengthen product knowledge and sales skills
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the sales process
Qualifications
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Experience in in-home sales is highly preferred
Background in the home remodeling or home improvement industry is a plus
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
Strong presentation and public speaking skills
Self-motivated with strong work ethic and discipline
Goal-oriented professional comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
Outgoing and confident personality who enjoys working with people
Compensation
