Customer Care Specialist – Full Time

Thompson Bath, a well-established, family-owned home improvement company specializing in bathroom remodeling, is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join our dedicated team. As a proud vendor partner of Home Depot and exclusive partner of BathPlanet, we are passionate about delivering exceptional service and transformative results to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with appointment scheduling and service inquiries
- Make outbound follow-up calls to existing and potential clients
- Accurately navigate and update customer information within our scheduling CRM
- Assist with internal scheduling for inspections and permitting processes (training provided)
- Provide professional, friendly, and knowledgeable communication in all customer interactions
- Represent Thompson Bath’s values and mission with every call and client interaction
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center environment (home improvement industry a plus)
- Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer proficiency and comfort using scheduling software or CRMs
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle a dynamic workflow
- Willingness to learn permitting and inspection processes
- Dependable, punctual, and looking for long-term full-time employment
Position Details:
- Full-time: Monday–Friday
- Major holidays off
