Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and motivated In-Home Sales Representative to meet with pre-qualified homeowners throughout our service territory. This outside sales role focuses on presenting customized bath remodeling solutions, building customer relationships, and closing sales using company-provided tools and technology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers
• Deliver company sales presentations using an iPad and digital sales tools
• Design customized bath remodeling solutions using proprietary software
• Present pricing and financing options to homeowners
• Follow up with prospective customers and close sales opportunities
• Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings

Qualifications

• Prior in-home sales experience preferred
• Home remodeling or home improvement industry experience is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated with good organizational and time-management abilities
• Comfortable working independently in a commission-based sales environment
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
• Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory

• Full-time
• Evening and weekend availability may be required based on customer appointment schedules
