Thompson Bath is seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse Associate to help keep our remodeling operations running smoothly. This role is critical to our success — ensuring materials are received, organized, and prepared accurately so our installation teams can deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and inspect incoming material shipments
Safely unload delivery trucks (forklift experience required)
Maintain accurate inventory counts and organization
Pull and stage materials for upcoming bathroom remodeling projects
Occasionally deliver materials to local job sites
Keep warehouse and office areas clean, organized, and professional
Help maintain an efficient, well-run warehouse department
Qualifications
Forklift experience required
Experience receiving materials from delivery trucks
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to lift and move construction materials safely
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Preferred (but not required)
Previous experience with a bathroom remodeling company
Familiarity with acrylic wall systems
Knowledge of basic plumbing fixtures and fittings
Position Details
Full-time position
Monday through Friday schedule
Weekends off
