Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls from potential and existing customers
• Provide information about our remodeling services and products
• Schedule appointments for in-home consultations
• Qualify prospects and identify customer needs
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and promptly
• Build strong relationships with customers and maintain a positive company image
• Collaborate with your fellow team members to improve customer service

Requirements:

• Patience and empathy
• A personality where your smile can be heard through the phone
• The ability to inject positive energy with all those around you
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent listening skills
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Google Suite. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Must have your own reliable vehicle and ability to commute to our Oakland office

Opportunity   

• Hourly at $18-20 per hour depending on experience
