Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing Development: Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive qualified leads specific to the home improvement sector.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Implement and optimize lead generation efforts through digital channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) and traditional methods (events, partnerships, etc.).
- Market Insight & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of trends, assess competitors, and understand customer behavior to inform lead-generation strategies.
- Content Strategy: Partner with the content team to produce compelling marketing materials that guide potential customers through the sales funnel.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and refine campaigns regularly to maximize ROI and boost conversion rates.
- Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales and project teams to ensure efficient lead handoff and ongoing nurturing of prospects.
- Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in marketing and lead generation, ideally in the home improvement or construction industry.
- Digital Marketing Proficiency: Strong command of digital tools and platforms including SEO, PPC, email marketing, content strategy, and social media.
- Analytical Mindset: Data-driven approach with the ability to evaluate metrics and optimize performance.
- Creative & Strategic: A blend of creativity and strategic thinking to craft campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
