Job Type: Part-Time & Full-Time / Event-Driven In Store & Tent Events

Compensation: $25 - $35 Hourly Base Rate base on experience + Performance-Based Bonus Structure

Job Summary:

Are you outgoing, energetic, and love talking to people? We are seeking a dynamic Retail Brand Ambassador / Promoter to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will be the face of our premium bathroom remodeling program inside high-traffic retail environments, stores, and local home shows.

Your primary goal is simple: engage shoppers, introduce our bathroom remodeling solutions, and schedule for interested homeowners for a free, no-obligation in-home design consultation. Smile, Actively Engage and Set Appointments!

This position involves face-to-face marketing and lead generation—no cold calling or door-to-door canvassing required! Hourly with Bonuses and Transportation Allowance

Key Responsibilities

  •  Active Engagement: Confidently initiate conversations with retail members and event attendees, introducing them to our high-efficiency bathroom transformation services.
  •  Lead Generation: Pre-qualify interested homeowners and successfully schedule them into our designated consultation time slots.
  • Event & Display Management: Set up, maintain, and break down eye-catching displays and event booths. Ensure the marketing center is pristine, organized, and fully stocked with brochures.
  •  Brand Representation: Deliver accurate, enthusiastic product information while maintaining a professional, positive attitude—even when facing consumer rejection.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Channel Sales Manager and Home Improvement Consultants (HICs) to maximize lead quality and ensure a seamless handoff to the sales team.

Position Requirements

  • · Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • · Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
  • Experience: Prior experience in retail, home improvement, customer service, hospitality, or telemarketing is a major plus, but we will fully train the right personality!
  • Skills: Exceptional communication skills, an approachable demeanor, and a resilient, self-motivated mindset.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk continuously for the duration of a shift and comfortably lift/carry promotional materials weighing 8 to 30 pounds.
  • Travel: Reliable transportation to travel to assigned retail warehouses or local home show venues within the territory.
