What You'll Do:
- Install bathtubs, shower units, wall surrounds, and bathroom accessories
- Prepare and measure job sites for accurate installation
- Remove existing fixtures and dispose of materials safely
- Ensure all work is sealed, waterproofed, and finished to high standards
- Maintain a clean and professional job site
- Provide friendly, respectful communication with customers
- Follow all safety procedures and local building codes
- Assist with additional tasks as needed, as directed by the Project Manager
- Experience in bath installation or general home remodeling preferred
- Basic plumbing and carpentry skills
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to problem-solve and adapt on the job
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
