About the Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners to present customized bath remodeling solutions. This is an outside sales position where you will use modern technology to design and present high-quality bath solutions tailored to each customer’s needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct professional in-home sales presentations using our proprietary iPad-based sales system
- Meet with pre-qualified homeowners to assess needs and recommend bath remodeling solutions
- Use company software to design and present personalized bath layouts
- Provide clear pricing and close sales during consultations
- Participate in weekly sales training to strengthen product knowledge and sales skills
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout the sales process
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Experience in in-home sales is highly preferred
- Background in the home remodeling or home improvement industry is a plus
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Strong presentation and public speaking skills
- Self-motivated with strong work ethic and discipline
- Goal-oriented professional comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
- Outgoing and confident personality who enjoys working with people
Compensation
Compensation: $5,000 per month base salary plus uncapped commission.
Estimated annual earnings range from $60,000 to $100,000+, depending on sales performance. Top performers may earn more.
