Position Overview
As an In-Home Sales Manager, you will be at the helm of a dynamic sales team, driving revenue and coaching your team to success. You’ll play a pivotal role as a Leader, Coach, Motivator, and Teacher, ensuring the continued growth and achievement of our sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the Inside Sales Team by reviewing and optimizing scheduled appointments
  • Run leads as needed with a sales representative for training and skill development
  • Provide on-the-spot assistance during home appointments, supporting your team in closing sales
  • Regularly review individual and team performance, taking proactive steps to meet targets and goals
  • Effectively manage cancel-save appointments to maximize sales opportunities
  • Partner with the rehash manager to reconnect with leads and secure additional sales
  • Lead ongoing training sessions to continuously improve team skills and performance
  • Set clear, actionable sales expectations and ensure alignment with company objectives

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven success in Home Improvement Sales, with experience in the 1-Day Concept preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in Sales Management, with a strong track record of developing and leading teams
  • Outstanding leadership, organizational, communication (written, verbal, and presentation), and interpersonal skills
  • A high level of technical proficiency, including iPad presentations and managing electronic contracts
  • A passion for coaching, motivating, and helping others succeed
