INSTALLATION & SERVICE MANAGER (OPERATIONS LEADER)

The Opportunity

We are scaling-quickly and we're looking for a High-Level Operator to take full ownership of our installation and service division.

This is not a maintenance role.  This is a Performance-Driven Leadership Position where you are accountable for results.

We have strong demand and a consistent flow of jobs.  What we need is someone who can execute, lead and optimize the field operation at a high level.


What You'll Own

     Full oversight of installation crews and service technicians
     Job flow execution-from post-sale to completion
     Scheduling, materials coordination, and job readiness
     Quality control systems and install standards
     Customer experience and issue resolution
     Hiring, training, and upgrading the install team.
     Driving performance across speed, quality and efficiency

This role is high ownership, urgency, and execution under pressure.

KPI-Based Compensation Structure


This is a performance-based role.  Your compensation is directly tied to the results you produce.

Base Salary: $70,000 - $90,000
Performance Bonuses: $20,000 - $40,000

Bonus structure tied to key metrics, including:

     Job completion timelines
     Install quality / callback rate
     Crew productivity
     Customer satisfaction
     Gross Profit Protection (reduce costly mistakes)

High performers will be well above six figures.

     Jobs completed on time, clean, and at a high standard
     Minimal callbacks and Strong Customer Satisfaction
     Crews are accountable, efficient and improving
     An operation that runs smooth, fast, and predictable
