Telemarketing Phone Room ManagerBath Planet of St. Louis & More, the #1 company in home remodeling is expanding again! Our customer base has grown, and we are too. Bath Planet of St. Louis & More is searching for a Telemarketing Phone Room Manager! Our ideal candidate will have three or more years of management experience. Top Pay available.
Responsibilities:
- Train and manage all telemarketers.
- Supervises the daily workflow and scheduling of the telemarketing staff.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Manages discipline and corrective actions of the employees per company policy.
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls when service levels increase.
- Achieve weekly and monthly quotas.
- Ability to remain calm and respectful, when speaking with disgruntled customers or co-workers.
- Collaborates with the Sales Manager to set sales goals/develop scripts for the telemarketing team.
- Monitors and reviews phone calls to ensure quality service and compliance.
- Measures team performance; communicates goals/quotas to the team.
- Encourages and motivates telemarketers to help reach their goals and quotas.
- Prepares and presents sales reports to the Director of Marketing and Sales.
- Resolves customer complaints and grievances.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Great customer service skills.
- Interpersonal and negotiation skills are a plus.
- Managerial skills are preferred but not required.
- Conflict resolution is a plus, but not required.
- Organizational skills are a plus.
- Microsoft Office Suite or related software to prepare reports and measure performance.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in management is preferred, but not required.
- Home Remodeling experience is a plus.
- Experience in telemarketing, outbound sales, or call center environment, preferred but not required.
- Monday-Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
