Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions or direct calls to the appropriate team members.
- Greet visitors, walk-ins, and customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer the front door and assist with incoming deliveries.
- Receive, organize, and help direct shipments and packages.
- Provide overflow support for scheduling calls and appointment coordination.
- Follow up with unconfirmed and cancelled appointments through the company CRM system.
- Contact previous leads or customers to help recover missed opportunities and reschedule appointments.
- Assist walk-in customers and guide them through the showroom experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment.
- Provide administrative support to different departments as needed.
- Maintain accurate customer information and notes in company systems.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
- Comfortable answering phones and speaking with customers.
- Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn CRM systems.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently.
- Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or call center experience is a plus.
- Someone who enjoys helping people and creating a great customer experience.
- A team player who is willing to support different areas of the business.
- A detail-oriented person who can stay organized in a busy office environment.
