Job Responsibilities:
Review and manage appointments scheduled by the Inside Sales Team
Run sales leads with representatives as a hands-on training tool
Assist reps in the field by taking calls and supporting the closing process
Review team performance regularly and take action to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals
Conduct cancel-save appointments effectively to retain potential customers
Collaborate with the Rehash Manager to revisit unsold leads and close opportunities
Lead and facilitate ongoing sales training and development meetings
Set and communicate clear expectations for the sales team aligned with company objectives
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of successful experience in Home Improvement Sales, preferably with the 1-Day Bath Remodel concept
At least 2 years of experience in Sales Management preferred
Proven leadership skills in coaching, motivating, and developing sales teams
Strong business acumen with excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with digital tools: iPad presentations, electronic contracts, CRM systems
