Customer Service Representative

Location: Spokane Valley
Full-Time | Hourly ($16.66–$20.00 DOE) + Commission + Benefits
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10AM–7PM

What You’ll Do:

• Own the phones—manage inbound and outbound calls with confidence and energy.

• Create great experiences—schedule appointments, follow up with customers, and keep satisfaction high.

• Leverage smart tools—work with advanced CRM technology to stay organized and effective.

• Work comfortably—enjoy a sit/stand desk setup for flexibility.

• Show your presence—assist customers in the showroom as needed

• Jump in when needed—flexibility to help during peak seasons and big events like home shows.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls—you know the pace, the flow, and how to keep energy up on a full shift.

• Strong communication and active listening skills.

• Great time management and organizational habits.

• High school diploma or GED.

• A positive, winning attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction.
