About the Role:
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes, present customized solutions, and guide them through the buying process. This is an outside sales role ideal for someone with in-home sales experience and a strong ability to close deals during the first appointment.
Your Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home presentations using our iPad-based sales system
Design customized bath solutions using our software
Present pricing and consistently close sales
Participate in weekly training to sharpen your sales and presentation skills
What We’re Looking For:
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Prior in-home sales experience required
Experience in siding and roofing sales is required
Experience in home remodeling or related industries is a strong plus
Proven ability or comfort with closing sales in the home
Reliable transportation and local residency required
Confidence and professionalism in presentations
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and disciplined
Outgoing and comfortable in social settings
This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. Your income is directly tied to your performance, making this an excellent opportunity for driven, results-oriented professionals.
