Director of Growth, Lead Generation & Call Center Operations
Industry: Home ImprovementWe are a fast-growing home improvement company seeking a senior leader to own the entire front-end revenue engine — lead generation, marketing performance, and call center execution.
This is not a branding role. This is a numbers-driven leadership position for someone who understands how leads, phones, appointments, and revenue connect in a high-volume home improvement environment.
What You’ll Own
- All lead generation channels (digital, PPL, inbound, events, referrals)
- Marketing performance, CPL, ROI, and budgets
- Inbound and confirmation call center operations
- Appointment quality, show rates, and conversion metrics
- KPI tracking, reporting, and continuous optimization
What We Require
- 5+ years of lead generation experience in home improvement (required)
(bath, windows, roofing, HVAC, solar, remodeling, etc.)
- Proven experience managing call centers and performance teams
- Deep understanding of same-day / one-call close sales models
- Strong data, accountability, and leadership skills
