PRODUCTION SERVICE ASSISTANT NEEDED
Bath Planet of St. Louis & More is a rapidly expanding remodeling company in North America that provides modern, affordable, and low-maintenance home improvements to homeowners and those with accessibility needs. With our growing business, we are currently seeking a Production Service Assistant for our St. Charles, Missouri office.
As a Production Service Assistant at Bath Planet of St. Louis & More, you will be responsible for professionally managing any customer service request and making sure the installer is completing the installation correctly with all materials needed for the remodeling project. Our main objective is to bring our customers' renovation dreams to life!
  • This is not a 1099 position
  • Responding to all service request from the homeowner and advising the installer of the service request, unless otherwise decided.
  • A valid driver’s license is needed.
  • You must have a truck or a vehicle with a trailer.
  • You must have your own tools. (Ladders, saws, brake, etc.)
Skills and Requirements:
  • Bathroom Remodeling/Installation: 2+ years' experience (Required)
  • Basic Plumbing: 2+ years' experience (Required)
  • Window Installation: 2+ years' experience (Preferred but not required)
  • Electrical: 2+ years' experience (Required)
  • Flooring Installation: 2+ years' experience (Required)
  • Drywall: 2+ years' experience (Required)
  • Experience with installing and replacing shower wall systems. (Required)
  • Attention to detail and good housekeeping practices are Required.
  • NO ON THE JOB TRAINING.
