We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors/Home Improvement Store Lead Generators for our Bathroom Remodeling Program. This position plays a key role in connecting with customers and generating leads at our partner locations in Las Vegas.
About the Role
As a Brand Ambassador, you will work under the direction of our Regional Manager, serving as an extension of our in-store customer lead generation efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Interacting with Customers: Engage with potential customers, showcase our product lines, and encourage them to schedule a free in-home estimate. • Partner Collaboration: Build strong relationships with store sales associates to maximize lead opportunities. • Product Representation: Serve as a knowledgeable and professional representative of our brand and services. • Progress Reporting: Log daily activities and leads through our reporting app.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must: • Pass a pre-employment background screening. • Be able to report to any one of our 13 Las Vegas locations as needed. • Stand on their feet for long periods of time. • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Show confidence in engaging with customers and store associates. • Be highly motivated and energetic—this is not a “stand-around” position.
