Description: Master’s is looking for a person who is a disciplined multitasker, and well-spoken on the phone! We train you for this position! You will be responsible for the timely and accurate submission of customer loan applications, as well as other account receivable functions and support as needed.
$1,000 dollar sign on bonus!!
Job Details:
- Full-time position: Hours are Monday to Friday (8:30-5:00)
- Starting position - possible weekend hours!
- Multi-task under strict deadlines
- Professionally interact and communicate with customers, by email, text, phone, etc
- Monitor customer accounts and take actions to secure completed loan documents
- Update customers files with notes and daily actions
- Troubleshoot issues on various loan lenders websites
- Demonstrate a high level of organizational skills
- Assist in additional projects as needed
Pay: From $41,600.00 per year
