What You'll Do:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of call center agents to achieve performance targets

• Monitor daily operations to ensure excellent customer service and efficient scheduling of appointments

• Implement performance metrics, training programs, and process improvements

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align on customer outreach and service goals

• Manage call center technology and reporting tools to track KPIs and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience managing a call center, preferably in home services or a related industry

• Strong leadership and team-building skills

• Knowledge of CRM systems and call center software 

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• A customer-first mindset and a drive for continuous improvement
