We offer bathroom remodeling, windows, roofing, siding, gutters, doors, and flooring throughout the Greater St. Louis area and Central Illinois.
This is a people-focused role for someone who enjoys being out in the community and wants to grow their skills and earning potential.
What you’ll do
If you’ve worked in customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or sales, we’d love to hear from you. If you haven’t, bring your energy and willingness to learn.
📍 Locations: Greater St. Louis and Central Illinois
💵 Pay: Base pay plus commission and bonuses

- Visit homeowners in assigned neighborhoods and start friendly, professional conversations
- Learn what projects they may be considering
- Introduce our services and offer a free in-home consultation
- Set qualified appointments for our sales team
- Represent our company with courtesy and confidence
- Paid training; previous sales experience is welcome, but not required
- Performance-based earning opportunities
