What You'll Do

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will meet with homeowners who have requested information about our products and services. Using our proven sales process, you'll help customers design their dream bathroom and provide solutions that fit their needs and budget.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes
• Deliver our professional sales presentation using an iPad
• Design customized bath remodeling solutions
• Prepare estimates and pricing proposals
• Close sales and exceed performance goals
• Attend weekly sales meetings and ongoing training sessions
• Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the sales process

What We're Looking For

• Previous in-home sales experience preferred
• Home improvement or remodeling sales experience is a plus
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed
• Comfortable working independently
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
