We are a 25 year old multi million dollar home improvement company that is looking for 2 in home In-Home Sales Reps for our Springfield, MO location. Our sales average over 10k and because we invest so much in our marketing you are able to close at a high percentage. 

We have too many leads!! We are booking a couple days out. We enjoy a great demo rate and close rate; with great retention. We have a ton of new lead programs that will generate a ton of business, and want to make sure we have reps ready!! We are family owned so no red tape!

Great opportunity to grow with our company. Have had the same reps for years!! Not a turn and burn operation.

Qualifications Include:
- Able to ask for the sale or close the deal
- Aptitude for creativity and design
- Willing to learn new closing techniques
- Able to present high end products
