About the Role
As an In-Home Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and offering innovative, customized solutions that match their vision. This is a dynamic, outside sales position where you'll use cutting-edge technology and industry-leading support to design and sell high-quality bath remodeling products.
Every lead is provided for you, so your only job is to use our proven system to close the deal.
You will be trained in our methodology system, and you’ll have an entire team driven towards success — because we believe we are Stronger Together. Your Responsibilities
Present our proprietary sales presentation to homeowners using an iPad
Participate in weekly sales training sessions to sharpen your skills
Use our intuitive software to design personalized bath solutions
Provide accurate pricing and consistently close sales
What We’re Looking For
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Prior in-home sales experience (experience in home remodeling is a plus)
Local to the Memphis area with reliable transportation
Confident, professional presentation and public speaking skills
Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven to achieve goals
A collaborative, energetic, and outgoing personality
