Key Responsibilities:
- Contact inbound leads quickly and professionally via phone, text, or email
- Qualify customer interest and ensure project alignment (budget, scope, timeline)
- Schedule consultations and coordinate calendar availability for the sales team
- Track all lead activity in CRM or scheduling system
- Follow up with leads who haven't responded to initial contact
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to improve lead conversion
- Provide a warm, informative, and positive first impression of our company
- 1-3 years of customer service, sales support, or appointment setting experience
- Strong phone and communication skills-you know how to connect with people
- Ability to manage a high volume of leads with professionalism and speed
- Excellent time management and organization
- Experience with CRM systems
- Self-starter who is comfortable working independently and meeting performance goals
