Key Responsibilities:

• Install acrylic bath and shower systems in residential homes

• Complete bathroom remodeling projects efficiently, often within one day

• Use carpentry, trim carpentry, and general construction skills during installation

• Follow company installation procedures and quality standards

• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with homeowners

• Keep job sites clean and organized while respecting the customer’s property

• Educate customers on the care and maintenance of their new bath systems

• Complete required job documentation and submit installation photos

• Maintain installation vehicle, tools, and materials

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in carpentry, trim carpentry, bathroom remodeling, or home renovation

• Ability to take accurate measurements using a tape measure, level, and combination square

• Experience using power tools (drills, jigsaws, etc.)

• Basic plumbing knowledge preferred

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
