Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, high-energy In-Home Bath Design Representative to join our sales team covering the Nassau and Suffolk County territories. In this role, you will meet with pre-screened, qualified homeowners to design and present custom bathroom remodeling projects that fit their needs and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to scheduled appointments throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
- Conduct in-home design consultations, assess technical project requirements, and present tailored design solutions.
- Build strong rapport with homeowners, delivering a professional, consultative sales presentation.
- Close sales on-site and accurately manage lead statuses within our company CRM platform.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in in-home sales, home improvement, or design consultations is highly preferred (experience in related industries like windows, siding, roofing or kitchen remodeling is a major plus).
- Strong communication, rapport, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A disciplined self-starter with a professional demeanor and a drive to succeed.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily travel across Long Island.
