Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven In-Home Bath Design Representative to pioneer and grow our market presence in Queens and Brooklyn. You will be responsible for handling pre-qualified, high-intent local leads, conducting consultative design presentations, and closing deals within a fast-paced urban market.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Travel to scheduled appointments throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties.
  •  Conduct in-home design consultations, assess technical project requirements, and present tailored design Solutions.
  • Build strong rapport with homeowners, delivering a professional, consultative sales presentation.
  • Close sales on-site and accurately manage lead statuses within our company CRM platform.

Qualifications:

  •  Previous experience in in-home sales, home improvement, or design consultations is highly preferred (experience in related industries like windows, siding, roofing or kitchen remodeling is a major plus).
  •  Strong communication, rapport, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  •  A disciplined self-starter with a professional demeanor and a drive to succeed.
  •  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily travel across Long Island.
